CinCityCon 2019 is officially over, and I can say it was one great convention! We had out of town visitors and friends come to see us, we surpassed our charity goal (we were only $75 short of doubling that goal!), and in doing so we tripled what we raised this year compared to last year’s goal.
We raised $1,925 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We had 22 Starfinder tables fire, 18 Pathfinder Second Edition tables (that does not include our demos/quests or the time we spent helping new players build PF2 characters), and 13 Pathfinder First Edition tables (including 2 Seeker tables!). Overall this event was a huge success, and we all had a blast! None of this would have been possible without our amazing volunteers and players, so thank you all so much for volunteering, coming out to play, sharing snacks, supporting one another, and overall proving you’re the best part of this community!
If you have feedback for us regarding the event, a GM, or a player, we would love to hear it! Please send an e-mail with “CinCityCon 2019 Feedback” in the subject line to Heather.CincyPFS@gmail.com.
I would like to give a shout out to all of our folks that donated items for the charity raffle:
Jac Steele donated the amazing Green Dragon Mini.
Lucas Servideo donated the awesome PFS2 and SFS Character Journals.
Drew Biddle donated all of the PFS2 Faction Earrings.
Joseph Blomquist did the artwork for the QCL Logo and Kiki stickers.
Ivis Flanagan handled all the printing for the stickers in our charity raffle.
Neal Blooflat donated the 3D prints for the Starfinder Insignias.
Joseph Blomquist painted the Starfinder Insignias.
Bryan Moore donated the wooden hexes used to back the Starfinder Insignias.
Our top donors included Garrick Williams, Cody Kloth, and Jac Steele. We appreciate all of the folks that donated and supported the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention!

Ivis Flanagan did all of the pre-gen packets that our GMs and players used throughout the event, created the table flyers for the charity, and created, printed, and laminated the table signage.
Mike Catron contributed drinks and food runs for some of the GMs and HQ staff.

This event would not be possible without all of these volunteers. This is just a tiny glimpse at the number of folks that were involved, in one way or another, in making the OPF events for CinCityCon 2019 possible this year.
If you see these folks out and about, please be sure to thank them for all their hard work. Thank them in the comments. Send them a message if you talk to them regularly. Just make sure they know how much you appreciate them, because they’re the reason we can do these events.
Thank you all for another successful CinCityCon, we’re already looking forward to next year!
With all that said, the reporting for this event has been completed. If you find issues or notice something missing, please send an e-mail to Heather.CincyPFS@gmail.com with the subject “CinCityCon 2019 Reporting.”
1 down, 3 more to go! We’ll be closing out 2019 with a bang!
Onward to Fallicon!
